What is Wavy Winds?

Wavy Winds (officially — Wavy Winds High End Affinities) is an online boutique based in NYC that specializes in finding exclusive, hard-to-find (rare), and high-end products as far as apparel, accessories and jewelry, shoes/footwear, and home items (artwork such as paintings, photography, sculptures).

What brands does Wavy Winds carry?

We carry a number of high end brands such as Cartier, Versace, Gucci, BAPE, Doce & Gabbana, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Armani, Coogi, and many others. We also carry items that are not as high end as the aforementioned brands, but are nonetheless fashionable and stylish. Our focus is on quality and uniqueness, rather than brand name and tenure.

Are the items at Wavy Winds authentic?

ALL products are authentic to their respective brand. We do NOT carry any knock-off or counterfeit brands at Wavy Winds. All of our products are carefully inspected to ensure authenticity and quality. We deal with either the manufacturers or legitimate suppliers. No knock offs whatsoever!

Why shop at Wavy Winds?

Wavy Winds gives you a selection that is not found at any and every other retailer. Often our products and items are curated for their rarity and uniqueness, and we also carry a limited number of many of the items that we offer. Also, Wavy Winds is a personal shopping experience. We go to great lengths to provide up-close and personal (while non-invasive) service to each and every one of our customers and shoppers. If there is an item that you’ve been looking for, Wavy Winds is the place to consult a stylist and fashion specialist to locate it for you. Our personal one-on-one services are being expanded as we grow.

Is this site safe?

The site is as safe as a Macy’s, Best Buy, or any other big name online retailer you are likely familiar with. Our databases are encrypted, well protected logically and physically. ALL information passed in and out of Wavywinds.com is protected by an SSL encrypted data protection scheme. You can observe and inspect out certificate by clicking the lock icon in the URL (address) bar. We also do not store any credit card info, or any other sensitive or personal information on you except what is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

What is Wavy Winds’s return policy?

Some items are eligible for return. Items being returned must be in their original condition, and complete with ttached tags and labels. Please check for whether or not an item is eligoble for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

If you cancel within 30 minutes, you may do so for a full refund. Please contact orders@wavywinds.com and provide your name, and order number within the alloted timeframe and your order will be cancelled, and your refund will be issued on the same card that was used to make the order.

How long does it take for the items that I order to ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that will have an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Some items take longer than others to arrive, due to the nature of our suppliers being located throughout the world. All efforts are made to ship your items from the closest distribution/supplier center to you as possible.
